Almost Real News has received word that President Trump intends to nominate fictional attorney Saul Goodman to the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday.
Reports coming from inside the White House suggest that the POTUS believes Saul, who is not real, to be a “savvy small business owner who really knows how to get things done.”
Some staffers are reportedly pushing back on the idea of nominating a made up person to the Supreme Court. However, Presidential Counselor Kellyanne Conway has been quick to point out that the President holds his own alternative view of Saul and that this nomination continues Trump’s promise to bring in leadership from outside Washington.
At the time of this writing, Bob Odenkirk, the actor who has played Saul on the hit television series Breaking Bad and the spin off Better Call Saul, could not be reached for comment.
